Tax charges

All prices on our website are shown inclusive of VAT at 15.0%.

Shipping & Handling for UK Orders

All UK orders carry a shipping charge of £3.00 regardless of the size or weight of your order, please note standard shipping 3-5 days delivery time.

Please note all our parcels are sent out by First Class Recorded Delivery and will need a signature on delivery.

Shipping & Handling for International Orders

We only ship EU Countries, Parcels will be sent out via royal mail first class post, please allow 5-10 days for delivery

Online Security

All transactions made on 
www.tikitonline.co.uk are made on a secure server utilising Sage Pay. This is housed at our ISP (internet service provider) offices behind a firewall for both electronic and physical security. All traffic to and from you (the user) is encrypted and is extremely unlikely to be decrypted by a third party. In a secure mode, a browser will display the URL address beginning "https" (The "s" stands for secure) rather than the standard "http" as well as some form of security symbol such as a padlock.

Pricing Statement

Whilst prices and specifications have been checked, no responsibility can be taken for errors or omissions. Tri Kit Online reserve the right to alter prices and specifications without further notice.

Out of Stock Items

If at the time of ordering any items are out of stock we will advise you, via email or telephone of any shortfall and provide a revised despatch date. We will despatch the in stock items by the next working day at the latest.

Returns Policy

We hope you love our products us much as we do. However, it is important to read our returns and exchanges policy before making any purchases.

If you need to refund or exchange an item, please call us at the earliest convenience prior to returning the product to us.

Returns and Exchanges Policy

If you change your mind about your purchase, we are happy to exchange the item as long as it is in as new condition, unused, unopened and unworn and returned within 30 days of original dispatch.

Unless the product is faulty, all additional postage costs for returning items will be at your expense.

Clothing Returns

We're happy for you to try on clothing to see if it fits, but for hygiene reasons please wear your own underwear underneath the garment.

If your clothing purchase is the incorrect size we will gladly offer you a refund or exchange. For these returns you are required to pay for return postage to Tri Kit Online.

Clothing must be returned within 30 days. Please make sure items are as new, unworn and unwashed with all clothing tags still attached to garments. If you have removed the tags, unfortunately, we will be unable to accept the return.

Right to Cancel

The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 which came into force on 31 October 2000 provide statutory backing for the good business practices which Tri Kit Online already observe. The regulations allow a consumer to return any products (except custom orders) ordered by mail / phone / fax or internet from Tri Kit Online within seven working days for a full refund.

Warranty Policy

We guarantee every product we sell. If you have a problem we will do our best to sort it out. Most items carry a one year warranty and certain items come with more, so check the literature supplied to see what terms apply. We will generally replace defective merchandise within the first 30 days and repair or replace at our discretion after then. Some manufacturers ask that you deal direct with them for warranty issues so it is important that you contact us prior to returning any products. You will be responsible for the return postage costs.
